These bands are a unique size to reinforce the muscle memory of the foot to point correctly.
They will stretch the ankle and the toes into a position your muscles might not be able to hold unassisted and will build up strength and range so you will be able to achieve it.
They will also keep your foot pointed in the correct position during exercises such as splits/kicks and extension work on land.
You can also wear them in the water for drills such as fishtail/verticals/splits/figures/element work
There are 5 different strengths:
- Very Light (Yellow) - very elastic and for beginners and/or average toe point
- Light (Red) - an upgrade for beginners and/or good toe point
- Medium (Blue) - Less stretch snd suitable for flexible and strong feet/toes
- Heavy (Green) - Suitable for strong and flexible feet
- Very Heavy (Black) - for well prepared, strong and flexible feet
