These silicone weights have no velcro and therefore are great to use on land or in the water
You can use them around your ankles or wrists, or even create a waist belt joining them together.
Each pair is 1kg , max 0.5kg per weight, they are adjustable with 8 individual weights on each belt.
Available in black and pink colour (mixed)
